Beginning Nov. 1, you’ll have to be at least 21-years-old to purchase tobacco products or nicotine delivery devices in Wilmington, Mass., as the town’s board of health approved the increase on Tuesday. Interestingly, the move was supported by nine tobacco retailers in the city, according to a report on Patch.com. The board also banned the sale of tobacco products in pharmacies, while delaying a vote on the ban of flavored tobacco products. Wilmington is located approximately 17 miles north of Boston and has a population of nearly 22,500 people.
