Last night, Espinosa Cigars released its latest creation, a single store exclusive for Metro Cigars in Milwaukee, Wisc. called Cream City MKE. The Cream City MKE is a 6 x 50 toro that uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper, Nicaraguan binder and filler blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos, with production handled by Espinosa’s La Zona factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. The company describes the cigar as “medium plus with good strength, a short finish and incredible complexity.” The cigar gets its name from one of Milwaukee’s nicknames, which in turn comes from the cream-colored bricks used throughout the city during the mid- and late-19th century. These locally made building materials also inspired the packaging for the cigar, which is know as a Cream City Brick. The cigar sells for $8 per stick or $80 per bundle of 10, before taxes. The store is accepting phone orders at 262-255-1996 and is expected to have it for sale via its website in the near future, according to a representative from Espinosa Cigars.
