The newest release from La Sirena is on its way to retailers, as Danny Ditkowich confirmed to halfwheel that the first shipment of the La Sirena LT has left the company’s warehouse. The LT features a new yellow color scheme on the band as well as a new wrapper, with an Ecuadorian Connecticut capa sitting on top of a Nicaraguan habano binder and a filler blend of Honduran, Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos. Ditkowich calls the cigar light to medium bodied, with a very creamy smoke texture. It will be available in three sizes, a robusto (5 x 52, $8.80), toro (6 x 52, $9.40) and gordo (6 x 60, $9.90). Each size will come in 20-count boxes, with production handled by El Paraiso, the Plasencia-owned factory in Honduras. (Images courtesy of La Sirena/Danny Ditkowich)
