Before the Passport line arrives at stores, Crux Cigars has announced that it will be adding two additional vitolas to the line. At the annual IPCPR convention and trade show, which takes place later this month, the company will add a Passport Half Corona (4 x 42, $5.99) and No. 4 (4 7/8 x 47, $6.99). The latter features the marblehead cap the company has shown off another vitolas, a rounded cap similar to that found on the Cuban 109 vitola. The company originally intended to have Passport—along with Bull & Bear and Classic—on shelves by May, but the lines have since been delayed. The two new sizes joining a trio of already-announced vitolas—Lancero (7 x 40, $6.99), Corona Gorda (5 1/2 x 44, $5.99) and Toro (6 x 48, $7.99). Passport is rolled at Plasencia Cigars S.A. with a wrapper and binder from the Jalapa Valley in Nicaraguan and fillers from Estelí, Nicaragua and the Jamastran Vally in Honduras. In addition, the company will introduce its sixth line—Crux Sports, a 4 5/8 x 35 Nicaraguan puro with a wrapper from Jalapa. Crux Sports will retail for $3.75 and is offered in boxes of 25.
