The Miró Maduro from Kuuts, LLC was supposed to be released at the 2014 IPCPR Convention and Trade Show next month, but the project has been put on hold with the hopes that it will be ready later this year. Gabriel Alvarez, the company’s operations manager, told halfwheel that “we’re not completely happy with the blend, therefore we’re not going to release something that just isn’t ready for the market.” The project was first teased in November 2013, with a picture of a prototype cigar being posted to the company’s Facebook page. At that point, the company was hoping to have it available to ship shortly after the trade show. Alvarez says that the project is “definitely still in the works,” with the hope that it will be able to be released in the fourth quarter of 2014. Earlier today, the company confirmed several details of its upcoming Kuuts Nicraguan Blend release, which will be unveiled at the trade show.
