The small town of Yellville in northern Arkansas is the latest to join the list of municipalities banning the use of tobacco products in city parks, as the city council passed an ordinance on Monday making the change. Mayor Shawn Lane said passage of the ordinance was influenced by the significant health risk, uncleanness, and unsightliness of tobacco consumption, according to KRZK-FM. Yellville is home to approximately 1,200 residents and is located 142 miles north of Little Rock.
