At this summer’s IPCPR Convention and Trade Show, Villiger Cigars will be adding new sizes to its recently released Trill and Cabareté lines. A 5 x 46 corona will be added to the Trill line, which is made at Tabacalera La Palma in the Dominican Republic. Trill is a Dominican puro that is described as medium-full bodied, using a Habano wrapper, Cuban seed binder and Cuban seed Corojo and Criollo ’98 fillers. Like the rest of the line, the Trill Corona will come in 21-count boxes with an MSRP of $139. For the Cabareté line, Villiger is going to the other end of the ring gauge spectrum, adding a 5 x 60 Gordo vitola. Cabareté starts with a Nicaraguan maduro wrapper that sits on top of a Dominican Cuban seed binder and four types of filler from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua: Piloto Cubano, Criollo, San Vicente & Ligero Cubano. It too is made at Tabacalera La Palma and will have a box price of $170.
