While your calendar and memory might tell you last year was the 20th anniversary of the Fuente Fuente OpusX, expect plenty more items honoring the accomplishment from Prometheus. The company has unveiled its plans for the 2016 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show and it starts with a large humidor. The 2016 Limited Edition OpusX Story is a 360-count cabinet humidor limited to 25 units of three different colors: Red Sycamore, Macassar Ebony and Walnut Burl It will ship in November along with 50 cigars, with another 50 cigars planned for later in the year. As is normally the case, it includes a variety of unique cigars, not normally available outside of the pack. The November shipment will include: 10 ForbiddenX Double Corona, 10 OpusX Tiger Shark, 10 OpusX King Power, five Tauros The Bull, five Oro Oscuro Robusto, five Angel’s Share Corona Gorda and five Don Arturo Gran AniverXario My Love Story. It is priced at $10,000. Also planned is The OpusX story, a four-cigar sample containing: one ForbiddenX Robusto, one ForbiddenX Double Robusto and two ForbiddenX Toros.
