Building on the success of its Jaws Cutter, a double-guillotine style cutter with stainless steel serrated blades for enhanced cutting power, The Lotus Group/Integral Logistics is adding a new Jaws V-Cutter to its offerings. For the Jaws V-Cutter, the company has updated the design a bit, reshaping the finger holes into more of an oval shape after the holes on the original Jaws were more triangular. The new cutter also gets a lightweight zinc and aluminum housing, an update from the all-metal body of the original. Size wise, the two units are nearly identical, with the Jaws V-Cutter measuring 3 5/8″ x 1.75″ x .25″, just about an 1/8 of an inch shorter than the original. The Jaws V-Cutter’s MSRP is set at $39.95 and it will be available in four colors combinations: glossy black and black matte; anodized chrome and polished chrome; anodized red and black matte; and anodized black and polished gold. The new cutter will be launched at the 2016 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, which happens July 25-28 in Las Vegas, Nev. A representative from the company expects the new cutter to have a full roll out in October, but is hopeful to have a good amount available ...
