The follow-up to Foundry Tobacco Co.’s value-oriented Chillin’ Moose line is on its way to retailers, as the company has begun shipping the Chillin’ Moose Too. The sequel is a significantly different blend the original, using a Connecticut broadleaf maduro wrapper, with a binder and fillers from Nicaragua. The original Chillin’ Moose featured a Connecticut rosado wrapper, Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and fillers from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, United States, and Mexico. It’s being produced by General Cigar Co.’s STG Estelí factory and will come in three sizes: Corona (5 1/4 x 45, MSRP $3.75, $75 per box of 20), Robusto (5 1/2 x 50, $3.99/$79.80) and Gigante (6 x 60, $4.49/$89.80). Justin Andrews of Foundry Tobacco Co. calls it a value cigar that delivers “the best bang for your buck on the market.”
