March 3, 2014 – 262 Cigars has officially released the name of their upcoming new blend for Spring of 2014. Pre-orders have begun for the Allegiance and they will begin shipping in April. The initial launch of Allegiance will be comprised of 2 vitolas, Box-Pressed Toro and Robusto and available in 10-count boxes at your local authorized 262 retailer. Allegiance MSRP (prices will vary based on location) Box-Pressed Toro: $85.00/10ct box ($8.50/stick) Robusto: $75.00/10ct box ($7.50/stick) Allegiance Blend This new blend is one that Clint Aaron, Founder of 262 Cigars, feels will be enjoyable by folks from every palate. This mild-medium cigar is comprised of a Brazilian Mata-Fina wrapper, Nicaraguan binder and fillers from both Nicaragua and Honduras which make for an effortless and enjoyable smoke. The Allegiance is produced at the Tabacalera Carreras factory in Estili, (sic) Nicaragua. Allegiance Name The Allegiance name, while stirring many connotations for many people, is 262’s official “line in the sand” campaign.
