Later this month, Riste Risteski’s first cigar will land in retail stores for the first time, but not without some changes. For starters, the blend is now formally known as the Red Knight, a name that’s been used on social media for some time , and there will be more of them. The cigar was originally sold directly by Risteski in a single 6 x 52 format. That Toro ($8.50) will now be joined by a Lancero (7 x 38, $9.50), Lonsdale (6 1/x 42, $9) and Robusto (5 x 50, $7.50) All four sizes will be sold in boxes of 20. It is made at Noel Rojas’ New Order of the Ages (NOA) factory using an Ecuadorian habano wrapper, Mexican San Andrés and Nicaraguan Jalapa binders and undisclosed filler. Risteski told halfwheel the cigar will be sold in both the U.S. and Netherlands when it heads to shelves later this month.
