Fred Schrader, the Napa Valley winemaker famous for over a dozen 100-point ratings from the wine world’s top publications, will once again have his name on a cigar. Schrader will return via a new partersnhip with Nat Sherman. Michael Herklots, Nat Sherman’s vp of brand and retail development, declined to comment on the project, but did indicate that the company was close to formally announcing it. The new version also carries a Nat Sherman secondary band. Herklots worked with Schrader on the company’s original cigar, which was rolled in 2009 and released a year later.
