There’s a third Pepper Cream Soda release from Lost & Found and this one looks like butter. Late last week, Lost & Found began shipping the Pepper Cream Soda Corona Gorda, a 5 3/4 x 46 version of the original Pepper Cream Soda blend: an Ecuadorian-grown Brazilian Arapiraca-seed wrapper over a Dominican piloto binder with Dominican piloto, Cuban-seed Dominican HVA and Dominican habano fillers. A total of 6,500 cigars were released split between four- and eight-packs that look like sticks of butter. Suggested retail pricing is $10 per cigar. The Pepper Cream Soda blend first debuted in January 2014 before Lost & Found was known as Lost & Found. At the time it was known as Impromptu. The idea behind the project—a collaboration between Tony Bellatto, Robert Caldwell and Jaclyn Sears—remains the same. Caldwell finds cigars that have been sitting around factories for one reason or another and brings them to the states, Sears designs new artwork for the releases and Bellatto handles the distribution and heads the project. A total of 17 retailers are selling the Pepper Cream Soda Corona Gorda.
