It was announced in 2012 and after a few delays, it will begin shipping tomorrow. The God of Fire Aniversario was scheduled for a 2013 release—although the bands read 2012—but when the cigar was pushed back to a 2014 release, it was then clarified as a 10th anniversary of the God of Fire brand, which took place in 2014. It’s always been a three size release, now finalized as: God of Fire Aniversario 54 (7 1/2 x 54, $290), God of Fire Aniversario 56 (6 1/2 x 56, $260), God of Fire Aniversario 60 (5 1/2 x 60, $240). As with the rest of the God of Fire band, it is made at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia. with an Ecuadorian wrapper and Dominican binder and fillers. It’s the latest in Prometheus’ longstanding relationship with the Fuente family and the their Cigar Family Charitable Foundation. Each of the three sizes are available in a 10-count box, as well as a five-cigar sampler with two of the Aniversario 56 and 60 along with a single Aniversario 54.
