Crowned Heads Adding Jericho Hill Lancero

Crowned Heads has added a sixth size in the Jericho Hill line. The new cigar is a 7 1/2 x 38 lancero named 12 Honest Men that is being rolled at My Father S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua and is composed of a Mexican San Andrés wrapper covering a binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua. The vitola is limited to 3,500 boxes of 12, or 42,000 total cigars. “I think the thin ring gauge really shines a light on the essence and flavor of the San Andrés wrapper,” wrote Crowned Heads co-owner Jon Huber in an text to halfwheel. “(It) lends nice rich, round, dark chocolate-like profile that complients the Jericho blend’s intensity.” The new sizes joins the OBS (4 3/4 x 52), .44S (5 1/8 x 44), Willy Lee (6 x 54), LBV (6 1/2 x 46) and Shots (4 x 42), which was released in February.
