JM Tobacco has announced its latest release, JM’s Nicaraguan Corojo. It takes the value-priced mixed-fill cigar the company introduced last year and adds a corojo wrapper under the Nicaraguan filler and binder. It will be offered in the same eight sizes as the original JM’s Nicaraguan line, which are all priced below $5. Five of the sizes are offered in boxes of 50, while the larger Gorditos, Gordos and Gordos Grandes are offered in boxes of 24. “Our new line extension for the JM’s Nicaraguan premium cigar is for heavy hitters, who can handle a brawny smoke,” said Anto Mahroukian, president of JM Tobacco in a press release. “The cigar features a Corojo wrapper, and is full-bodied. It is equally full-flavored, thanks to its powerful all-Nicaraguan filler.” The line is produced at Tabacalera Turey S.A. in the Dominican Republic. The new JM’s Nicaraguan Corojo will not be available until August.
