Now, he is returning to Tabacalera Aguilar factory for a new box-pressed blend that should hit shelves in May. Ernesto Padilla told halfwheel that the cigar uses an Ecuadorian habano oscuro wrapper, Nicaraguan fillers from both Estelí and Jalapa and an additional undisclosed tobacco. Padilla isn’t talking about the cigar’s name yet because a trademark has not been filed in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, but there are quite a few other details. Sizes are expected to be 5 x 54, 6 x 52, 6 x 57 and 6 x 60 with pricing likely between $5.50-8. pic.twitter.com/kXBbjiI6RW — Padilla cigars (@PADILLACIGARS) March 17, 2015 This year has seen big changes at Padilla, the company is once again handling its own distribution and opened up a showroom in Miami.
