If you are currently in Germany and want an Asylum 13, the wait is almost over. Bentley Tobacco, CLE Cigars—including Asylum—and Patoro AG have announced a new German partnership named PCB Tobacco GmbH. The new company will be headed by Martin Schuster, who also manages Bentley Tobacco GmbH, and based in Bünde, Germany. “We are delighted to have with Patoro and CLE Cigars partner on our side who follow a similar philosophy and how we define a distinctive quality awareness,” said Christian Eiroa, founder of CLE, in a German press release. “We will work together to position a very attractive product portfolio. With a young, highly motivated team and a true passion for high-quality tobacco use, the PCB will be the retailer as a partner and supplier to the side.” Martin Schuster is the son of Phillip Schuster, who runs August Schuster GmbH & Co. KG, a 109-year-old company that produces and distributes cigars and rum. It currently distributes both Drew Estate and La Flor Dominicana in Germany. The new distribution agreements go into effect March 1.
