The next stop in Davidoff’s U.S. retail expansion is heading south. Today, Oettinger Davidoff AG will announce that it will be adding a flagship “Davidoff of Geneva – since 1911″ store in Houston, Texas later this year. It will be located inside the remodeled River Oaks District, a project of OliverMcMillan, the San Diego-based real estate firm that is responsible for the complex where Davidoff’s new Atlanta store is headed. “We are delighted to open up a new ”Davidoff of Geneva – since 1911” flagship store in River Oaks alongside an outstanding array of luxury retail stores and premium restaurants,” said Jim Young, president of Davidoff of Geneva North America, in a press release. “This new 2,000 square foot store will feature an expansive walk-in humidor with a wide selection of premium cigars and Davidoff as the centerpiece. An inviting retail space will display a selection of the finest accessories and a relaxing lounge will welcome guests to fill their time beautifully.
