JM Tobacco is adding a sealed, humidified packaging option to its JM’s Dominican and JM’s Nicaraguan lines that is on its way to retailers. A total of four options are being released, all in three-packs containing Churchill vitolas. JM’s is offering its Dominican blend in both the Sumatran Natural and Broadleaf Connecticut Maduro wrappers, while the Nicaraguan blend is being offered in the Sumatran Natural or Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper. Each pack holds three Churchill vitolas and comes with an MSRP of $10. Anto Mahroukian, president of JM Tobacco, said in a press release that the packs keep the cigars inside factory fresh for up to one year by using food-grade plastic packaging that is impervious to changes in ambient conditions. “They’re as fresh as the day you purchased them,” he noted.
